Welcome to the Colours Photo and Film website  - specialising in Asian Wedding Photography and Videography and Indian Wedding Filming, currently based in North London. At Colours, we are passionate about taking stunning photographs and capturing mesmerising film footage. Colours are everywhere. They bring to life the world around us, they add the joy to birthday parties and engagements and the sparkle to weddings. Our philosophy at Colours Photo and Film is to do the same – to bring your events to life so you can remember their joy and sparkle with a smile on your face.

We have male and female wedding photographers and videographers. We specialise in Asian Wedding (Indian, Hindu, Gujarati, Muslim, Bengali, Sikh, Bengali, Sri Lankan) photography and videography and also cover wedding photography and videography for other faiths – such as, English, Christian, Nigerian, Somali, Mauritian, Chinese, Greek, Trukish, Jewish, Afro Caribbean and other weddings covering from North to South London, East to West London, Slough, Surrey, Hampshire, Reading, Berkshire, Kent, Oxford, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Manchester and the rest of the UK. We also take commissions for Destination Weddings and Civil Partnership Weddings photography and videography. We cover other family events such as family photo-shoot, birthdays, baby shower and engagements, and are also available for corporate events.

Our style of wedding photography and filming is reportage also referred documentary wedding photography – we tell the story of your event through naturally contemporary wedding/event photography and filming, with splashes of the traditional in appropriate places. We carry out our work as unobstrusively as possible. The ‘posing’ only happens during group shots and portraits but even there we try to bring in some fun and innovation. The natural approach continues at the editing stage too – where we work on colour correction and cropping of images and footage but not airbrushing.
