At Colours Photo and Film, we love what we do! As well as working with some awesome couples, we also get to meet people from around the world and work at some of the most prestigious wedding venue up and down the country.
Hendon Hall Hotel in North West London is a treat for any London wedding photographer. Early this summer Colours Photo were at Hendon Hall Hotel for a civil wedding and reception which saw guests from two different cultures coming together for an amazing day. Having done Sapna and Sydney’s pre wedding shoot in Kent, I knew that their civil wedding and reception would be a beautiful, well-planned occasion and they didn’t let me down. It was a day full of laughter, joy and entertainment. Sapna looked absolutely stunning in her white wedding gown. Sydney looked equally as handsome.
When you’re a documentary Asian wedding photographer like myself, it’s always the guests that make a wedding. The surroundings and other details are important in creating the right atmosphere for the day, but it’s the interactions and emotions of the guests that really make each set of wedding photographs truly unique. The gardens at Hendon Hall Hotel provided a perfect setting for group photos, and there were several opportunities for capturing some creative bride & groom portraits, as you will see below.
I felt privileged that Sapna and Sydney chose me to capture their special day and I wish them the very best of luck for the future. Here are a small selection of images from the day; I hope you love looking at them as much as I loved shooting them. Keep a lookout for the blog about their Asian/Hindu wedding.
