As a London based wedding photographer specialising in Asian/Indian wedding photography its always a pleasure to cover weddings of other faiths and communities. Recently I had the honor of photographing Oreoluwa and Kolawole’s beautiful Nigerian wedding in South London. Like Asian/Indian weddings, Nigerian weddings are fun, colourful, musical and emotional.
I started the day photographing Oreoluwa getting ready in Bromley Court Hotel, Kent. The wedding dress looked stunning as it hung against the light, showing all its intricate details. The bridesmaids looks equally stunning in their yellow outfits. Soon after Oreoluwa was ready, it was time to head to the church and before that some quick photographs with the bridesmaids and the Father of the Bride.
At the Better Life Christian Centre in Catford, South London, guests were taking their seats as the bridal party arrived. The church ceremony was entertaining and musical. Soon after that Oreoluwa and Kolawole exchanged the wedding vows. After the formal group photography, we headed towards Addington Palace in Surrey for the wedding reception.
Oreoluwa and Kolawole made a fabulous couple and all of their guests had a GREAT time! Here are some of my favourite photographs from this beautiful Nigerian wedding.

I make every effort to personally get to know my bride & groom and their families so that I successfully cover your wedding and capture both traditional wedding photographs and reportage/documentary wedding photography, documenting the story as it unfolds.
