One of the great things about my job as a wedding photographer, is that I get to meet so many wonderful couples, and their friends & family. I also have the privilege of photographing in great locations all around the UK, and abroad. Divya and Anoop are getting married later this year and they wanted to do their pre-wedding photo shoot around London’s iconic landmarks and other photogenic locations. Pre-wedding shoots help me to connect with my clients and they get to know me better too. The time was late March, which is great for pre wedding shoots in and around London when spring is in the air, flowers are blossoming and the unpredictable weather can provide some interesting backdrops.
We started at Regents Park where we got some natural shots and then moved to Baker Street. Heading into the Underground Station, we got some great shots on the platform and were very lucky to see a special tube train celebrating London Underground’s 150th anniversary. From here we headed to Green Park and then to Buckingham Palace. We were able to get some fantastic images with Buckingham Palace as a backdrop. Our next stop was Westminster Abbey before heading to London Eye and the Hungerford Bridge. As the evening was setting, we captured some beautiful images with the sunset.
